Mary’s Meals Parish dance
Mary’s Meals Parish dance to raise money for Mary’s Meals: October 30th, Parish Centre, supper included, entertainment by Yard Dogs. Every £13.90 raised after overheads will provide ‘a meal a day for a year’ for a child in their place of learning. Tickets £10 available from church.

Christmas Fair Saturday 17th November 11am-1pm. Unwanted gifts, bottles, tombola prizes, jewellery, toys and ‘Christmassy stuff’ all wanted. Please leave under the table in the Narthex.

Dine and Dinner Fundraiser March 1st at 7.30pm. Holy Apostles Orthodox Church invite you to join them at the Cuerden Suite, Ley Inn, Back Lane, Clayton le Woods. Sit Down meal, disco and raffle. Easter Sunday Garden Party
Easter Sunday Garden Party We are planning a Parish Easter Celebration. After the 10am mass we will meet in the garden, weather permitting, for a Jacob’s join and various games: an Easter egg hunt, Easter bonnet parade, races and craft activities. A list will be available shortly to organise food for the Jacob’s join and Easter bonnet parade; please start planning your bonnets. Bretherton Gardens National Garden Scheme – gardens open for charity. Coffee, cakes and chat for charity- on Saturday 29th June at 9.45am in the narthex. Admission is by donation, come along, enjoy the home baking and a chat. This is to support the KSC raising funds for Wells for Africa, in association with Water Aid UK. The little wishing well in the Narthex is still available for donations.
