WORD OF LIFE:
It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God. (MT 19:24)
Since earthly goods are not bad in themselves, we should not despise them, but we must use them well. It’s our hearts that have to be detached from them, not our hands. Those who are rich are rich for the sake of others.

Year of the Priest ???
This little lad is outside Mass with his parents and sees Fr. Ambrose and Fr. Jonathan outside Church. He looks up at them and asks. "Fr. Ambrose and Fr. Jonathan, do you get paid for being good?" Fr. Ambrose and Fr. Jonathan look at each other and think, and then Fr. Ambrose replies, "No, no, we don’t get paid for being good!" "Oh, I see", says the lad, "you must be good for nothing then!"
